Develop the skills and knowledge to nurture yourself with gentle diet and lifestyle changes that will help you achieve your unique balance. We’ll also look at what you might need to consider in order to establish a career in Ayurveda or integrative health modalities.

In this course, you will develop the skills and knowledge you need to confidently apply Ayurvedic principles and practices to support your unique constitution and move you forwards on the path of good health and a natural state of wellbeing.
