Short Course:
Indian Head

The head, neck, and shoulders are important energy centres within the body. When a person feels stressed, then tension naturally accumulates in these regions.

These tensions later show up as stiff neck and shoulders, eyestrain, headaches, poor concentration, insomnia, sinusitis, respiratory problems and in some cases hair loss. Indian Head Massage is a safe, effective therapy that helps relieve these problems.

This course is an introduction for that non-therapist to learn a simple, but effective non-invasive massage technique, and for the experienced massage therapist it gives them an opportunity to introduce massage to clients who would not have previously tried massage.

This short program is delivered at our Currie Street campus in the city.
