This course re-certifies participants in providing cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
Participants will refresh their knowledge and skills in providing cardiopulmonary resuscitation to adults, children an infants in the case of cardiac arrest. Graduates of this course will receive a Statement of Attainment in Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (Unit Code: HLTAID009 ).
Please note that participants must have successfully completed and hold a current Statement of Attainment for Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation (HLTAID001) or Perform CPR (HLTCPR211A) to enrol in this course. Participants will be required to provide this Statement of Attainment on or before the day of the course.
Once accepted into the course, you will receive an email with log-in details to access to your online module one week prior to your on-campus day. You must complete your online learning as per the module instructions, prior to your on-campus practical session. During your on-campus session you will be assessed through practical demonstration, scenario role-plays, verbal assessment and a written quiz.
