Success and Wellbeing Services (SWS) are here to help you thrive. This free, confidential service connects you with a dedicated Success and Wellbeing Coach—someone who will walk alongside you with personalised support tailored to your journey.
Funded by the South Australian Government, SWS ensures all eligible VET students at EQUALS can access the support they need—whatever life throws their way.
Your coach can support you with:
- Getting on top of your studies
- Organising access to Wi-Fi or digital tools
- Overcoming a tricky conflict with a training provider
- Managing or paying course fees
- Balancing family, work, and study
- Navigating physical or mental health challenges
- Finding suitable accommodation
- Connecting with childcare options
- Exiting family or domestic violence situations
- Receiving career advice to help you transition into meaningful work
