Ayurveda, the Science of Life, is an ancient system of diet and lifestyle strategies designed to support the individual to live well throughout their lifetime. This course introduces you to some of the key tenets and wisdom of Ayurveda and shows you how to understand your unique constitution and identify current imbalances. You’ll learn ways of pacifying and supporting your constitution through diet, daily routines, and lifestyle strategies.

This course is for anyone looking for natural, gentle and nurturing ways to support their own wellbeing as well as that of their loved ones. By the end of this course you will know yourself better and have the skills and knowledge to give yourself the compassionate care you need to achieve emotional, physical, and spiritual balance and good health. This course is also suited to practitioners of complementary health and wellbeing modalities who might like to learn more about Ayurveda and Ayurvedic therapies.

It is ideal for aspiring and current practitioners as well as those interested in deepening their knowledge of Ayurveda.

EQUALS Students enrolled in the Diploma of Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultation and Advanced Diploma of Ayurveda are required to complete this short course plus the accompanying assessment.
